Welcome and thank you very much for your interest in participating in this study, which is conducted as part of my Master’s thesis at the Institute for Organisational Economics, University of Münster.

This study investigates the relationship between leadership transparency, employees' trust in their manager, and motivation at work.

Completing the questionnaire will take approximately 10–15 minutes.

You will be asked to answer some general demographic questions as well as items related to your experiences and perceptions regarding leadership transparency, trust toward your manager or supervisor, and motivation at work.
